If you judge only pizza rossa

Roscoli forno > bonci (tiny bit different than other two since this is more pizza in teglia) => campo di fiori

And this includes quality of the dough and topping and balance

So surprised pala and teglia treated as pick up food and not really dedicated to be as sit down pizza in Rome. Don’t get suppli at bonci waste of your stomach space.

I think I’ll skip all the teglia places in Rome and just visit antico forni riscoli and get one simple pizza rosa. Very airy very light very crispy very “wafer” like texture with good tomato.
