Solid Socarrat Sighting in Rosaline's Chaufa Paella

This was definitely the best socarrat I have had in ages and pretty much everything we had was spot on. Zarate is long gone and the place seems better for it.

pimentones – padron peppers, ciruela rocoto miso, bonito flakes P

ceviche crocante – halibut, crispy baby calamari, yuzu kosho marinated, aji amarillo leche de tigre

Looks like I have been a big fan of this dish for a while (hahahaha) –Rosaline's Chaufa Paella - FANTASTIC! A top 10 bite of 2017 for me
