if you’re looking for the piping-hot-bake-at-home experience, @NYCtoLA recommend sui to me from former auburn pastry chef dyan ng. I thought it was a lot better than epicurus. it requires a bit more prep like proofing for 5-6 hours and applying an egg wash, but it was worth it. she also sells them freshly baked.
