@hungryhungryhippos everything in the picture above besides the ice cream bars ( chestnut and hazelnut bars) are my favorites. I save freezer space for love
For fruits, the Chino Farm’s Aisu Creamery’s OG flavor: “STRAWBERRY”. It is something I can eat a few pints in a row. Nothing is better than too much strawberry! They spared me the last pint of their last season Passion fruit, and I’m saving it to try with my friends later. Too precious. They have a beautiful coffee flavor as well (technically cappuccino, more milky).
For nuts, I like Bobboi Gelato’s MEDITERRANEO, another small family own with 3 locations in San Diego, (Piedmont Hazelnut, SD Hopkins Almond Santa Barbara Organic Pistachios). Their Pistachio is amazing as well as Moka, Baccio…
For caramel, I like the simple Sweet Rose: SALTED CARAMEL their Fresh Mint is very good as well. The new seasonal pitachio is also worth trying.
For daily ice cream, I eat this single serving OG Korean brand from 1937 called Seoul Milk, COFFEE MILK
If you’re okay eating American sweet ice cream, then try this Injeolmi ice cream, rice cake with toasted soybean powder (kinako). Decadent. Definitely need someone to share a serving with, or some tea.
It has so much kinako, I was so happy inhaling it no matter how sweet it was. The chewy rice cake bits (mochi like) is so cute. Anyways, it’s very sweet

A quick reminder that SUI Croissants freshly baked and her frozen kits are only available for five more days this year. December 17, 18, 24, 25 and December 31 from 9am to 2pm.
I proofed some at room temperature around 1pm, and baked them around half past eight. They came out golden as always Consistency!
Your countertop air fryer/oven might have a proofing setting that will speed it up a bit if you’re in a rush, otherwise, just proof them before bed and you can bake them when you wake up. Roughly 15 minutes of bake time for these 3 babies.

I’ve been periodically checking their tock calendar and it hasn’t had any availability in a few months. Really bummed out missing that charcoal croissant
