I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any suggestions for last-minute sushi. Hoping to get into Mori or Nazowa Bar? If not then any other suggestions or places that would be recommended?

Off chance but not impossible last-second: Try nicely asking Fumio-san at Kogane or his brother Take-san at Shin Sushi
… and Sakuraco (but do you really wanna go there?)

For the future, if you’re looking for good sushi in a pinch, go on Tock. Takeda, Morihiro omakase table, and Kogane are almost always available same-day. And Shunji and Morihiro omakase bar are often available.
