While at the Mitsuwa market in Santa Monica, I think I saw this truck (I was driving, so I couldn’t stop easily to take a photo):

Had a decent # of people eating there. Has anyone tried it?

it’s a good neighborhood spot. i’ve gotten the birria twice, and the cemitas a few times.
both are very very good for the westside. their hours are a bit funky, so i’d call before you make a trip.
I’ve only been to the Venice Blvd. truck. Haven’t tried the birria but the cemita milanesa is one of my favorite sandwiches in LA.
Have you had a chance to try the birria truck in front of Northgate market on Inglewood? Curious how they compare.
Good to hear about the Cemitas. I’ve been looking for a good westside truck replacement for cemitas ever since the good one that alternated parking in front of Smart and Final on Venice or Northgate on Inglewood disappeared.
