I have a couple places I like for Tea Smoked Duck but need something for lunch today, in the San Gariel Valley. Please help! TYIA

considering i’m smoking duck tomorrow this got me curious… how do i tea smoke it? tea marinated or tea leafs while smoking?

i dont think this is going to be a good idea in a bbq smoker setup (like green egg). the regular wood / coal is going to overpower

read a recipe and it sounds like a wonderful dish

The new tea smoked duck at Sichuan Impression is exquisite. I liked it more than the tea smoked duck at Jiang Nan Spring, which is great.
