Yelp just confirms how unreal people are. Eight hundredths of a mile is less than a city block…hell, it’s less than my block in the suburbs.

Which of them do you like? I go to Meet Fresh once in a while…
Any city with a plaza containing 85’, Afters, BCD, Chef Hung, CoCo Ichibanya, HaiDiLao, and anchored by an H-Mart is not a food desert.
Come up to north LA county to experience a real lack of options.

Santa Clarita is to north LA county what Irvine is to South OC. Meaning, it’s not.
I can vouch for Picolo Trattoria. Not ground breaking by any means but tasty and satisfying with large portions. I’ve certainly had worse in LA proper.
Only place in LA that I know of that slangs tartufo.

I live just South of Irvine. I’m not going to take the time to check but assume you’re saying that most of the places in Diamond-Jamboree are parts of larger companies (franchises/branches). Correct? How does that automatically invalidate their offerings?
This was a direct response to someone who said that North County is a food wasteland.
