Re-thinking my opinion that the spicy McNuggets are only added cayenne and pepper.

There is definitely more flavor overall vs regular McNuggets. Still not super seasoned but nice.

I can confirm with a more careful examination, that the coating is crispier.

On a side note. My $3.50 meal was an extra bargain. So I’m eating the burger and the amount of cheese was exhausting.

I’m several bites in and decided to look (yes, actually look at what I’m eating :joy:). I had a triple cheeseburger instead of the double, and I guess they put 3 slices of cheese on it?

In any case, I think I prefer McDouble over the Double Cheeseburger. The two slices of cheese with the smallish patties is too much cheese for me, at least in this sandwich.

I haven’t been to a McDonalds in well over 5 years… and they are a major client of mine… LOL! But they are the best client… they only want to talk to talk about me and my work… they never tell me ANYTHING. Which is why I had no idea about Spicy Nuggies…

All the reviews said the hot dipping sauce was vile. So I didn’t even try it. But I did try it with my favorite dipping sauces, sweet and sour and sweet mustard. It was super tasty! The Nuggets were actually really good on their own. Not too salty and with a kick. Not spicy in the sense of a chile where it builds and gets your endorphins going… but spicy in the sense of a good hot sauce. Tempered and savory. It even went well with the highly drinkable Iced vanilla McCafe coffee that I finally got a chance to try as well. YEARS ago in my late night super hungry leaner times… I had a thing for the Wendys Spicy Chicken Sandwich… these were so much better. So it’s a pretty great option for the times when D/S&H…

I love McDonald’s for the reason. If I’m in a hurry , brain dead after a long night it’s going to suffice, the nostalgia of when you were young , or I just need a big Mac.

Yep! McDonalds fits a ‘need’. You want something quick. You want something to make you feel better. You want something that is familiar. You want something new. You want something inexpensive. They know you have a myriad of choices… but sometimes you have needs…

Are those mozz sticks?

I’m betting @Ns1 created his own Filet o Fish using Trident Seafood’s “The Ultimate Fish Sticks“ from Costco.

Am I close?

@Ns1, nice work!!! Can I order through an app?

A true Costco connoisseur

Although this would’ve been a true stoner sandwich

Haha I love those fish sticks!

I used those fish sticks, get them nice and crispy, than add some creamed corn and serve over rice (Hong Kong cafe fusion dish)

I will be making it when I pick up another bag of fish sticks from Costco. Cheater hacks are great!
