Nov. 2025 trip report NYC and environs

Four Horsemen, 10 pm on Thursday. [menu] [inside] [wine] New-to-me grape. Good. [yellowtail] [oeuf] [bread] [tartare] Tartare with tendon crisps. Didn’t Plum used to do that? Great combination. [gems] [beets] To my surprise beets were warm. Really good. [steak] Good but by this point I was stuffed. [green] Great stuff, like a lighter version of Chartreuse. Great meal. Justifiably a tough reservation.
