Started with some Serrano ham that was closest to prosciutto with crazy bread and goat butter with some red wine.

then some incredible polenta and burned mushrooms

And then the pork belly. I never ever order pork belly because it’s half fat and I can’t chew fat, well the server talked it up so much and claimed it’s very meaty that I got it. Perfectly tender then crisped up and glazed with gorgeous black currant over satisfying lentils
