I’ve browsed the board as well as my brain and i’m a big failure. What’s a fun Korean place with good seafood options and fun to drink at maybe?
It’s been a while but we loved Ondal back in the day for the spicy crab stew. Parks BBQ cod stew is delicious and under appreciated.
Haven’t been to Rich Crab but others posted about the raw crab. Pics look good.
If you are willing to try Cal-Spanish instead of Korean, then San Laurel should be really nice. Also, it’s just across the street from WDCH, so you can spend a bit less time commuting/parking from dinner to the venue.
Enjoy Mahler’s 9th.
Genwa has a more serious bar program than most Korean places.
Just went to Rich Crab for lunch today. There was a lot of meat in their crabs which was great, but I found the marinade a bit lacking, almost like it hadn’t sat for long enough. Overall I prefer Crab House and Soban.
I would choose San Laurel or Asterid.
Kippered DTLA may fit the bill also…
oh wow. that’s right… forgot this one!!! see… this is why i f’s with yall… she’s all about canned seafood with some wine…
