i searched but didn’t see any recs for Versailles.
i’m going to France next month and have Paris planned, but i’d appreciate some help on tips for Versailles.
prefer good brasserie/bistrot and/or local cuisine, no foam tweezer shit.
would also love recs on a good wine shop, preferably around good cheese and charcuterie shops so i can conveniently buy for a picnic. thanks!

Hungry onion I would say. They have many more international posters.

I thought that Ore was solid.. located in the Dufour Pavilion of the Palace of Versailles. A nice, sophisticated cafe run by Alain Ducasse’s restaurant team, offers a great spot to recharge with a 2 or 3 course prix fixe lunch while exploring the palace grounds.

thank you. location is convenient and menu is simple enough. i was hoping to find something a bit more rustic and local less of a gold/purple Ducasse place, if possible. but it is certainly convenient…
