I am heading to Viaggio on Dundas West in Toronto this weekend.
It’s my favourite Italian restaurant in Toronto these days.I will report back with photos.
The Antipasti and Primi are especially good. Viaggio usually has a few features, as well.

Both duck dishes look interesting as does the red kuri squash Agnolotti. Ribeye cap is a great cut of meat.

I am going with a friend I met through Chowhound years ago. We often share 4 or 5 dishes when we dine out in Toronto. She avoids a few proteins I like, so we will see if we share 4 or 5 dishes that appeal to her, or whether we each order our own thing.
I love ribeye and ribeye cap. I haven’t ordered either cut at a restaurant in ages!!
My friend and I enjoyed a Sunday night dinner at Viaggio.

We both ordered the Casoncelli, a braised beef and pork stuffed pasta with a tangy sauce, topped with toasted ground almonds.
Delicious.
