Peony: I like the food. The restaurant is cute. The waiter is very friendly. It would be an interesting place to try new food if you’re near the downtown area.
Warrior: I’ve always liked West African food. I was sad when Mama D’s closed because it was one of my favorite restaurants in the DTLA area and served the best West African food I’ve ever tasted. I miss it dearly. I would say Vuuka is good but not on that level (more like the level of Aduke in Inglewood). The interior is quite nice.
