Weekend Lunch Options Near LAX/Airport Courthouse

I’m looking for lunch options near the 405/105
Interchange.
We will have 2 young kids with us and half of the party will be vegetarian.
I’ve vetted Il Romaniata and Two Guns, but I’d love to hear about any other options from the FTC Illuminati.
Thanks!

Great for kids to check our planes plus plenty of food choices…and Bludso’s!

Jame Enoteca, in El Segundo has great Italian pastas. Also, Coni Seafood is close by.

I’d go to I’ll Romanista personally. Grimaldi’s is not that far away on Rosecrans as well, Superba food and bread as well on Rosecrans

I live right there and can’t really think of anyplace else vegetarian friendly and worth going too

Yeah. Looked like slim pickin’s with vegetariansnin tow. I’m pushing Il Romanista, myself.
I also like Samosa House enough, I suppose. I just saw they have an outpost in El Segundo now.

What are some good sandwiches or other food items I can pick up on the way to LAX? Any good bahn mi or Italian sandwiches off the 105 from the OC? I was thinking Borjstar Schwarma but not sure how good the wrap will be a few hours later.

Hawthorne:

  • Continental Gourmet Market: My friend shared one of their hot sandwiches with me a while ago, and it was great.
  • Zam Zam Foods: Anday Wala Burger

El Segundo:

  • Jame Enoteca: The 'Gundo (meatball sandwich), or their famous 36-hr Capellini (not sure how it does on a plane, tho…)
  • Metro Cafe: The Ron Burger

Westchester:

  • In-N-Out, just outside LAX
  • (RIP Skinny Dave’s)

Continental Gourmet Market might be it. I think empanadas will be good after a few hours and pics of sandwiches online look good.

I can give two mega thumbs up for their Choripan. It’s not traditional style. More like Sausage patties. So good. I imagine it would travel really well.

There is a branch of the Original Rinaldi’s Deli on Century just outside LAX next to the Marriott Courtyard.

Has anybody been to the new iteration of Tacos Punta Cabras (now Three Flames Mongolian BBQ?) https://lataco.com/punta-cabras-reopens-fish-taco-lax

Aliki’s Greek is pretty good for the area. I want to mention Truxton’s as well (Okay, I know the Pastry chef there!)

In the area I love…

Sunday Gravy. It does get super busy now, but they do a great take out business. Their INSANE garlic bread keeps so well too.

My #1 go to is Asadero Chikali. But check their insta. The last few weeks there was issues at the mini mall and they closed. They say they are fully open now, but you never know.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out but I haven’t been around the office much on Fridays as they recently opened up for lunch on Fridays and Weekends.
