I am working on 3 stollens but too lazy to make more. I have an excess of 1+ cup of rum soaked candied citron and orange peel and currants. What could I make with it?

Go get some Walnuts and pie crusts from Trader Joes (or Where-Ever) and make Mince Meat Pies. Highly Under Rated…
This recipe uses apples… but I really love the nuts…

If you don’t feel like doing anymore baking you could warm it and top vanilla bean ice cream. I also like sautéed carrots w/a little boozy, syrupy, citrusy stuff.
