Need to update this topic since most recent was in 2016 and badly outdated.
This is not a search for anything other than the subject line - actual NAMP 123A beef plate ribs.
Not short ribs or “kinda like” 
ribs!
My local Costco Business and Restaurant Depot no longer carry this cut from the big plate region of the rib.
Anyone have a local LA butcher for this big boy rib?

BBQ HQ in simi valley can get them next day if you call in and order.
They source from Premier Meats. Highly recommended. They can get you any cut of beef,
US, Australian, or Japanese wagyu

Whole Foods has the plate with 3 long ribs. They are vacuum sealed. Ask the butcher and they’ll bring it out for you.
The beef ribs are on sale this week at WF for $5.99 per lb.
