I’m having a hard time locating swai fillets that have not been treated with sodium tripolyphosphate. Does anyone have a source?
Trader Joe’s sells frozen swai fillets which I believe are not treated…
That’s where I used to get them, but TJ stopped selling those a while ago. 
i’ve gotten them from super king but i doubt they were non STP, which is ironic, because swai is known for its naturally moist texture.
