That’s a great order to start your Bulgarini experience. Of course don’t forget to order some individual scoops / flavors and enjoy in your car immediately for “research”! 
Since you’re getting the Pistachio already in a pint, maybe try a scoop of the amazing Almond Gelato or Hazelnut if Leo makes it in time for your visit.
Great advice…Leo is not always the most prompt of people.
I’ll definitely bring a cooler bag with ice packs for the drive back home. I think for research purposes I’ll try the hazelnut and chocolate. I love this flavor combination but the almond sounds delicious as well. A small triple scoop taster to eat in the car.
Funny enough, I have no other plans for the area. I missed the window for LQ this week, and I really just want Leo’s gelato/sorbetto. I may stop at Roma for the Sandwich…the chowpups enjoy it. Game for suggestions, if anyone has any.
I think you come from around Whittier. Its a little out of the way, but you could pick up some strawberry doughnuts from The Donut Man. Too sweet for me but your chowpups might like that.

That’s way way way in the other direction of home. The one at GCM is actually closer now, but since I’m loading up on half kilos of gelato and sorbetto, I don’t think I’m going to need anymore sugar in the household for the weekend.
A nice cheese plate from LQ would have been perfect. Agreed on donut man since I have 2 pints of ice cream.
I think I’m just going to Bulgarini then back home. I don’t want to get stuck out in the open far away from home like Will Smith in I Am Legend.
Last week’s cheese selection was legit. The barnyard-y funk was delightful.
Bang bang Roma on the way to Bulgarini. Sandwich not as epic as it’s reputation IMO but for $5 I’m good for at least one every time.
Old man is starting to look even wearier so I don’t think it has much longer in its current state.

@Chowseeker1999 I mean the hazelnut. Sheesh. Macadamia was good but hard to compete.
Love the hazelnut but find even a single scoop almost too much of a good thing.
