Wooden Bar

IG. I went to wooden bar because their menu looked interesting. They have almost a fusion going on that’s based on Korean, Japanese, and with Thai/maybe canto influences here and there. Their ramen was like 85-90% there for me. I’m very picky regarding ramen, and I could tell that everything was normal except the egg. The egg was probably overdone by like 10-20 seconds. The noodle were handmade however it felt like noodle were styled to taste like instant ones, which follows their Korean influence. It’s a great place, but it begs the question of: who eats here?
