WSJ: Acadian Revival: Rediscovering Some of the World’s Greatest Comfort Food

This post actually belongs in the New England board (is there one?) The article is about Acadian food, not Cajun food. (I’ll be posting a trip report shortly about my Cajun food experiences in Lafayette, LA and environs as soon as I get home!)

I just moved it to the NE board.

But given that the article actually discusses restaurants in Manhattan and Cambridge (both of which have their own separate boards), I thought it would make sense to pin it to a local board (i.e., Louisiana) that has some historical roots with Acadians and their cuisine.
