One caveat: the capacity of a buyout will be small. When I was at Yhing Yhang a diner asked if they’d be expanding in that space and was told no — they want to keep this venture small.
I’m in if there’s still space!
Anyone have an in who can talk to Chef Deau? I can coordinate if we can get a yes from chef.
I can ask him

Absolutely respect that! Due to travel, I haven’t been back for about 2 weeks. I know the complex was planning to put up some moody tents in the back. Not sure if they are permanently up yet, but it could be a good place to gather in an off peak time.
Ressies are live. Booked for Wed.
Samesies!
Any good bang bang recs nearby? Lunch time
try the other vendors in the market!
Or a half pastrami at Johnnies. noodles at Mian. drinks at my house.
Lugya’h opens at edit:1100 thank you @mzonelli
I did Lugya’h lunch last weekend. Reminded me a lot of Carnal in Highland Park. Not the zippiest flavors on the turkey leg with colorado-ish mole. That and an earthy atole are a filling combo.
I would try lugyah but they aren’t open. Maybe I’ll try the main vendor there!
will have newborn in tow next time!
At 11!
Thank you for the correction I just went by the Maydan website. So yes a bang bang lunch is highly possible
