One caveat: the capacity of a buyout will be small. When I was at Yhing Yhang a diner asked if they’d be expanding in that space and was told no — they want to keep this venture small.

Absolutely respect that! Due to travel, I haven’t been back for about 2 weeks. I know the complex was planning to put up some moody tents in the back. Not sure if they are permanently up yet, but it could be a good place to gather in an off peak time.

I did Lugya’h lunch last weekend. Reminded me a lot of Carnal in Highland Park. Not the zippiest flavors on the turkey leg with colorado-ish mole. That and an earthy atole are a filling combo.
