Appears to have a paywall. Anyway, I think I’ve seen their list recently and we’re lucky enough to have one very close to us - Heritage BBQ in San Juan Capistrano and Oceanside.
I’ve been once and especially liked the brisket, elote, and thought the banana pudding was 
Maybe not exactly what most people would have on their fave list at a bbq place, but that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
I follow them on IG and DO find their menu to offer very intriguing things beyond typical bbq. They’re expanding again, so they must be doing really well. Maybe they won’t always sell out so early in the future, but that’s kinda part of the mystique it seems.
