Extra sauce plus hot sauce made this much better! The well done hashbrown didn’t add much crunch, though. I added some salt to see if that would bring out more fried potato flavor, unsuccessfully. I tried! But I think I’ll go back to the french fries.

Would it have helped if you put the hot sauce on the tartar sauce rather than directly on the HB. (Important distinctions here - lol)

I put ketchup on top of the tarter sauce today and requested the extra crispy hash brown. I can’t get over how juicy their fish filets are now!
