All chutney, or specific chutney? - Sincerely, A Chutney-Ambivalent Person, Who Just Realized She’s Never Repeatedly Written (Or, Technically, Typed) the Word “Chutney” So Many Times In a Row and Is Now Somewhat Fascinated By the Spelling of the Word Chutney Whilst Also Pondering if at Least One of Those Should Have Been in Plural Form

I’ve liked Indian chutneys but I feel like chutney’s in general are still not mainstream and keep thinking there’s a world out there I’m missing somehow.
OTOH, I also think of legally blonde when I think of chutney
So far all. There’s a flavor that turns me off, even though I look at ingredient lists on jars and there’s nothing I particularly dislike. It must be a combo of flavors and preparations together. I just dunno’.
I just spent too much time trying to find a place that has both a good authentic Italian hero and French fries. Other than Primanti Bros which is not what I’m looking for I don’t think I’ve really come across a place that has Italian heroes and French fries.
No reason why a Godmother and fries from Connie n Teds or Republique wouldn’t be great together. At least in my head.
Home made fries and sandwich courtesy of Cortinas. Buon gusto salami, Proscuitto de Parma, boars head ham and imported mortadella with pistachios. I’ll add some spicy giardinera.
I went to Majordomo late last summer when they had take out and ordered fried chicken. They provided a delicious lemon mayo. It was probably kewpie based but awesome with fried chicken. I’ve been using it for the last ~6 months and is finally finished. I hoard condiments like nobody’s business.
As someone who just recently prepping their own legumes (::hangs head in shame::), are you not supposed to salt that early b/c the beans might turn out tough?
