Trader Joe’s once again discontinued my favorite. Suggestions? No ingredients other than peanuts and salt. Prefer organic.

Much to our delight Whole Foods here in So Cal has begun to carry Teddy Peanut Butter!! This is a New England Staple… Peanuts and Salt are the only ingredients!
We love both the Smooth and Crunchy. Crunchy does not mess around.
The flavor is a touch roasty with pops of salt. Very well balanced. We like that doesn’t have that gummy texture that Santa Cruz has. It has a really nice spread.
Here it is in the classic PB and B on some delicate Cream Pan Wheat shokupan. This thing is a meal.

Will give Tessie PB a try if I see at my local Whole Foods. I hear you about the gummy texture of Santa Cruz but I kinda like when the PB sticks to the roof of my mouth.

Tried Teddie Super Chunky. Excellent texture but could have more flavor.

I noticed that Vicente Foods carries peanut butter from Magee’s House of nuts from the original farmers market. Never tried it but nice to see a local product on the shelf

That is great! I love Magees… but i find their peanut butter under salted. The one i get is the Fruit Nut Spread. It’s so good. I often buy it as gifts.

That’s so common I don’t understand why stores stock the same amount of creamy and crunchy.

There were 4 full rows of creamy peanut butter. 2 with salt and 2 with no salt. Duh.

Totally. It also makes a great peanut sauce. I used it recently for this recipe…. It’s kinda like a Dumpling Salad.

Magee’s is unsalted so for my taste meh. I added some salt so we’ll see.
Magee’s has more chopped peanuts than any other peanut butter I’ve had, but the flavor’s not as deep and complex as some.

Best I’ve tried so far. Found at Berkeley Bowl. Crunchy but finer chop than usual. Really good roast peanut flavor. They had a dark roast but it was unsalted.
