I think he was one of the first along the @Clayfu to go to bat for Collette.
bradley is a very thoughtful soul. While he likes to discuss the food itself - he has a large overview.
Also looks for a lot of chinese spots that are hot on little red book, which us non chinese readers wouldn’t be aware of.
