Out of curiosity, where are you sourcing these items?

My guess is the joint. I know they have Ora King anyway, can’t think of anyplace else that retails it

I live in the Bay Area, and get my seafood primarily from ABS (you can order via TrueFish for Bay Area home delivery) and Four Star Seafood (Bay Area delivery, overnight shipping for rest of California for both home and restos).

you normally need to email ABS/Truefish if you want something more Niche/less in demand, but they have things like Kinmedai often

Any chance of more details on this? Two of my favorite things! (I make a curry/peanut/cauliflower salad.)

Embarrassingly simple salad - cut one cauliflower in small pieces, mix with 2 tsp curry powder (next time I would double/triple the amount), salt and 2-3 Tbsp olive oil, put on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes at 355F. Put in large bowl and let it cool down a bit. Add one bag of baby spinach, seeds from one pomegranate and two diced avocado. Separately mix 2 tsp of Dijon mustard with 4 Tbsp of white balsamic vinegar, 4 Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix with salad ingredients.
