Chef Zone did say that they were working hard with a delivery service to make sure it wouldn’t overwhelm the service or kitchen. So it might be limited #'s per day and it already reached the limit.
Like @PorkyBelly I wish I had a shipping / delivery address near Chinatown for this.

One interesting thing, when I refresh the page now (go back to it), I get a pop-up on Postmates saying “Howlin’ Ray’s is closed.” (I didn’t get that the first time.)
Also looking at their menu (just The Sando and Wings), I get that it’s easier for them to focus on a couple items, but I worry about how that Sando and Wings will be steeaming in the Delivery / Takeout Box for who knows how long for the delivery person to make it to your door. 
You’d have to be living within a few blocks (and hope the Postmates delivery driver didn’t have multiple orders ahead of you), to ensure you didn’t get steamed / slightly soggy Fried Chicken Sandwich or Wings. 
Okay, so you’re getting that too @Chowseeker1999.
Postmates has so many drivers (which is why restaurants are all caving in and using them) they usually have no or rarely more than one stop before. Anyway, when we drive home from picking it up it’s still perfection… to me anyway, but I’m not a stickler on such things. 
P.S. Idk why I’m going on because they probably don’t deliver to the Miracle Mile.

the Sandwich could be a problem. I’ve never ordered it so don’t know how it travels. But the chicken was still really crunchy.
The sando ingredients could be delivered separately and assembly is required.

True, knowing his commitment to excellence he’s figured out how to get it to you as fresh as possible.
I suppose they could do that but I doubt it. The two times I’ve ordered for take out, the sando was packed ready to eat. Held up just fine though going from Chinatown to Silver Lake with normal traffic (pre COVID).
It’s weird, when I click Postmates online link I get this.

But when I go thru the Postmates App and search HR it doesn’t exist and I get this.
Maybe because your delivery address is currently outside their delivery zone
