Here are two non-paywalled articles if you can’t access WSJ:

Anyone know how long dry pasta lasts? Thinking about stockpiling Rustichella d’Abruzzo prior to January.

100% wheat dried pasta should last for years.

Link doesn’t seem relevant.

For me, links to the msn-hosted version of the originally-mentioned wsj pasta tariff article.

same, relevant for me.

so apparently the 13 pasta brands are: Pasta Garofalo, La Molisana, Rummo, Agritalia, Aldino, Antiche Tradizioni Di Gragnano, Barilla, Gruppo Milo, Pastificio Artigiano Cav. Giuseppe Cocco, Pastificio Chiavenna, Pastificio Liguori, Pastificio Sgambaro, and Pastificio Tamma.

For me it just goes to the main page.

Sounds like it’s time to stock up (even more) on that Costco Garofalo. that stuff is so affordable and yet still pretty pretty good for dried pasta at that price. better than barilla

i like Pastificio Faella, Martelli, Cavalieri, or Monograno Felicetti the most. sometimes, Rustichella d’Abruzzo or Mancini. for economical dried pasta, De Cecco does the job well.
