You think the Ken Friedman thing hurt them? Could just be in consistency seem to recall mixed reviews recently for Horses
Michelin gives out as many stars as they want. Addison has only 101 slots and doesn’t want more than 10% to be Japanese.
I think so, he was on a podcast and the host pretty much assumed horses would make the list but bladdison replied “maybe, maybe not. sometimes there are complicated things to think through with restaurants … and the awareness of the moment”
I’ll just say it… the biggest snub is no Fat & Flour. The best pies on this side of the country can’t get any love except getting lumped into “grand central market”. What a cop out.
