They also have fried mushrooms which I think is now a thing for Vietnamese vegan

To go spot. Same plaza as Ngu Binh. Influencers will send you to Kim Hong but QH is just as good! These to-go spots are so special. I can’t imagine a potluck or party without something from these to-go spots.
Picked up a veg roll for me and a big tray of 60 for the coworker going away. Piping hot!

No longer live in the area unfortunately. So can’t really give you guys the latest. Really miss living in Little Arabia which is close to Little Saigon. Lots of exploring on my off days between those 2 areas.
I hope some of the places are still around.
Live in the South Bay now it’s mostly just Japanese and Hawaiian out here but that scene is kinda stagnant tbh.

What is everyone’s pick for favorite current Pho Ga? I should’ve asked earlier, as I was in the area Friday night (though post 10PM). Gustavo Arellano steered me to Pho Dakao, and later, Pho Quang Trung.
I should’ve asked Gustavo again, but it’s not so easy since Bitcoin bros hijacked my Twitter account. I wrested control, but have received no help in resetting the account name that they changed. I’m sure Elon will sell it off as a “vacated account.”

Bun Cha 1008, Stanton. Very focus menu, Bun Cha with various meats, crab meat egg roll and crab cake noodle.
Pork jowl bun cha. Balanced flavor. Springy house made rice vermicelli.
Wrapped with shatter crisp rice paper, crab meat egg roll was a treat.
