Michael Pollan: COOKED

I just watched the first two episodes (there are 4 total). This doc series is evidently based on his book on the same subject (which I haven’t read).

The filming is beautiful. So far it’s an interesting take on food, culture, cooking, food/cooking history and our relationship to the entire food chain from it’s source to our mouths. I’m still mulling my opinion of what I’ve watched so far, but I’d say it’s worth checking out—streaming now on Netflix.
