No egg more vedge?

The sauce seems a bit different but I couldn’t tell :frowning: More saucy  Still the Peads & Barnetts pork collar cut but was much more tender and juicier somehow. Definitely more well done sweet onions.

No pickled cucumber?

There are still cucumber hidden underneath. The meat marinated better this round and more tender, easier to cut and bite into :kissing_closed_eyes:

The Pork chop bun was so so so good today tho:

So much flavor and juiciness in that simple slab of fried pork :bowing_woman:

Other goodies

Would people recommend the Pork Chop or Char Sim bun?

OOE is the only way to go.

Second OOE! Anything in the deli fridge are good for Togo and will stay well for 2-3 days after for sides, 1-2 day for cold noodles. A group of 4 can finish the whole menu easily.

My usual at Needle is also OOE. Or 2 of the almond jellos!

I brought my Kinto bottle to brew my own Togo hot tea with their high quality, custom tea bags… and tasty hot water. It was a game changer.

Low-key flexing: Needle has one of the tastiest water in town. Their filtration system is neato!

which is the better French toast to get? I do not think I can order and eat both but will try both of the buns haha

I would go for the salted egg yolk French toast. I like peanut butter French toasts as well but most HK cafes don’t offer salted egg yolk. That would be me. I would get the char siu bun. I’ve had the regular pork chop bun. Needle’s char siu is a must get. The cold noodles and all the veggie sides. Egg sandwich. He makes the best damn scrambled eggs. His shrimp and scrambled eggs was so damn good. Wash it all down with some HK milk tea. Enjoy. I am so jealous. Ain’t no room for a bang bang after this

Solid advices, that toast and bun combo is my favorite, too! The egg sandwich was so perfect for a simple egg sandwich tho. The cold noodles and sides are my favorite besides his Charsiu! All the sauces are so perfectly balance, It’s simple but crazy at the same time.

thank you! and is the egg sandwich preferred w luncheon meat or just egg? don’t see any shrimp in either sandwich

Either one is good, even the egg one alone already amazing but if you want some more savory meat, the luncheon slices will be a nice addition!

If this helps with the toast decision, I would say have the other one next time. The first time I met the salted York one was very emotional:

:birthday: Sep 17, 2020: Needle’s Salted Yolk French Toast :tada:

I went back the next day when Needle opened on Sunday to have it again:

I might do a features comparison for both the the toast for you if needed  FYI, no one ever cut Needle’s toast as perfectly as chef Ki from Kinn LA!

Also, Ryan said do not move the tables outside like I did, it took very long to OCD-balancing them in the morning. I was a criminal that Sunday :name_badge::face_with_peeking_eye::bowing_woman:
