Correction: At least on Google Maps, Barra Santos is right in their zoning of Cypress Park.
That map looks like CP is southwest of MW.

That’s gotta be the intention but it’s pretty poorly written recipe considering it says this makes one sandwich
To Assemble and Serve:
Yield: 1 sandwich
1½ pounds fried tofu, julienned
and also that they indicate some ingredients are to taste but not, ya know, the amount of protein.
In a mixing bowl, combine tofu and desired amount of fried shallots
It definitely reads like a recipe that wasn’t scaled or copy edited for the reader
The recipe also says julienned tofu, but in the photo you can see it’s not.
I’m talking about JuteKeenBao’s photo above. Could be they switched from julienned to sliced at some point.

Secret Pizza. Tomato pie and lemon water ice. Sleeper hit on the menu. No hiding behind cheese. Sauce and crust have to be on point. Better than South Philly bakeries because it’s warm not room temperature. The warmth brings out the herbs and olive oil
