I make Pfeffernusse! They are a wonderful cookie, but I don’t agree with using chocolate.

Also, I’m pretty sure the Mennonites weren’t the only Germans making these in America past, though it makes for a nice story. :slightly_smiling_face:

Lebkuchen are also excellent.
