Jimmy Sugi . Not sure if he’ll do all sushi but his private kaiseki style meal is fantastic and a bargain compared with above price point.

Got a quote earlier this year from Jimmy, 250-300pp 2k minimum, he calls it kappou style.

I’ve haven’t had his food but have seen him at events featuring Ora king salmon and Liwei the dry age guy. He’s really personable and fun personality.
