Yup, I did it in one bite and it was both the most euphoric and disappointing bite of sushi I’ve had (disappointing because I didn’t get a second

When do reservations come online for tock?
usually on the first of the month

Just as a reference point, I greatly, GREATLY enjoyed Yasu-san and Yoshi-san’s last collab in November. Dueling shari counterpoints, really nice flow to the courses, and killer handrolls interspersed throughout…
