You’ll be fine - you should be in the first seating. I went back recently and wasn’t a fan myself but I think it’s just because I don’t love neopolitan.

last time I was there, there were folks at the bar who were walk-ins. but yes, come early to put your name down!

i prefer a new york slice myself but it’s really freaking good and definitely worth the visit!

What’s on the Rivera pizza?

housemade bluefin tuna belly conserva, balsamic onion jam, smoked provola, mayonnaise, caper salsa verde, squid ink olive tapenade, dill, smoked albacore fish floss, lemon zest.

i’m always excited to come here, there’s always something new to try and sergio is constantly tinkering and improving.

korean, vietnamese, italian, japanese, and taiwanese flavors made by a korean-american. in la. who would have thought.

everything was excellent as usual but the new uni pizza, hokkaido scallop and mala garden were my highlights. i hope he’s able to serve his double baked dough on the regular menu at the new location, it’s excellent.

pacing also really improved, dessert course dropped at 9:37pm.

summer crudo - hokkaido scallop, mango nước chấm, yuzu kosho

pasta frittatine - pasta cacio e pepe, cornflakes, whipped ricotta, smoked black pepper

salad “hailey” - green goddess mousse, calamansi mustard vin, pineapple garum, soft herbs

pizza “hailey” - 100 years old balsamic, champagne vinegar marinated tomato, zucchini pesto, zucchini blossom, anchovy, smoked provola, sea salt, basil, aioli, lemon zest

riviera pizza - yamayuki tuna conserva, onion jam, smoked provola, smoked albacore floss, tuna garum, capers, squid ink olive tapenade, aioli, shiro dashi, dill, lemon

corn cheese pizza - corn ricotta, smoked provola, pimento pepper, truffle gribiche, black truffle

uni chowda pizza - potato cooked in broth of chowder, shallot vichyssoise, uni furikake, provolone, parmigiano reggiano, pecorino romano, murasaki uni

mala garden - mala spiced lamb sausage, tomato, creme fraiche, shallot, bell peppers, pecorino romano, smoked provola, provolone, lemon, coriander flowers

ragu taiwanese pizza - ragu genovese but taiwanese beef noodle style flavor, mustard creme fraiche, dry aged beef onion nduja, chili, green onion, cilantro salsa verde

soo jung gwa - soo jung gwa shaved ice, ginger tea panna cotta, pine nut praline, bourbon marinated date, crispy mandarin

There are actually 109 places on the “top 50” list, since they sometimes give the same rank to two places (e.g. I Masanielli and Una Pizza Napoletana are both #1).

can’t seem to find reservation links for it on resy, not sure if its just sold out

Has anyone succeeded in making a Sei reservation recently? I set my alarm for 11:55pm 2 weeks before my desired day, went on Resy, and the date was showing as open with no availability. Maybe they’ve changed how they release reservations. Thanks.
