I got an e-mail this evening that, on Tuesdays, Pizzeria Sei will be serving pizzas at Culina in the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, including a special pie: “exclusive Culina x Pizzeria Sei White Capricciosa pizza, layered with artichokes, olives, capers, smoked provola, mushrooms, sun-dried tomato, prosciutto cotto, and basil.”

I goofed and made a reservation for a day that I can’t go.
Anyone have a reservation for a Friday or Saturday that isn’t next weekend?
The refined execution at Pizzeria Sei boggles my mind. Everything tasted marvelous. Don’t sleep on the Suppli! Chef William is ever so humble, telling me that this current iteration is only 30% of the potential he’d like to see. Sightings in the wild: @JLee , @chrishei, and (not so shockingly) @probangbanger lol. As everyone else had reported back: Order the Mala Garden - This pie is just delightful and worth the trip in and of itself. Go, go, go to Pizzeria Sei!

Do they release at 12 (noon)?
I’m not loving DoorDash or this SevenRooms set up. @Loaxley tried to give me their reservation and once it was released on DoorDash, I refreshed on DoorDash and SevenRooms a handful of times seconds later and wasn’t able to pick it up.

Exceptional meal. Banger after banger after banger.
The yuzu sake was pretty fun too. Probably not going to be up a lot of people’s alley, but I would gladly sip on that any time.

Were you allowed to order both the montanara and scrocchiarella? There was a mention in here of being limited to one of the two special dough pizzas (during the soft opening at least). I’m going tomorrow night so I would like to prepare myself in advance for any potential disappointment.

We were! We got two Napoletana and one of each of the others along with the Suppli and Gem Salad which I recommend. Desserts are delicious as well.

Are they still releasing at noon? I was refreshing since 11:58 as we have friends coming into town. I wanted to take them, but I didn’t see anything pop up.
